"Okay boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, and aliens from all planets! Welcome to this fun, little project I've created for my enjoyment! Now, I'm sure you're all smart enough figure out the rules of my game, but just in case, here's a little survival guide.

"Point Number One! Everyone likes a little irreverence now and then, but I think we can all handle being kindly to each other. There's nothing wrong with jokes, but keep it tasteful. No hurt feelings or being nasty. After all, what good is a bad mood when having fun, hm?

"Point Number Two! My higher ups are putting pressure on me to keep it clean. Since I can't be seen allowing you kids to be entirely squeaky, let's use that movie rating PG-13. A mildly bit of naughty should make things interesting.

"Point Number Three! I see a lot of interesting people out there that look like they have multiple personalities. You all are more than welcome to show those off with several minions of your own to command. Just be careful that you don't bite off more than you can chew.

"Point Number Four! As tempting as it is to make someone else's minion do as you please, I think I'll reserve that bit of entertainment for myself. I know, you must be so jealous. Fear not, if I do play with all these lovely characters, everyone will enjoy the mayhem that ensues.

"Point Number Five! I think I can swing a little of my power your way, kids. Since I'm such a sweetheart, I can allow for some new people to kind of just pop up. To keep the locals from getting too grumpy that they weren't picked, let's keep those new creations on the civilian level. They can still cause chaos or try to stop it, sure, but they'll be work on your typical human abilities and easy to get toys.

"I think that covers the big basics. I suppose you want to know how to hold onto your shiny toys, right? Well the only things you need to do is post at least twice a week with at least two paragraphs in each post. Easy? Yes, I think so. Just to mess with those twos, once a month I'll snoop through everyone's accounts and make sure everyone is having their minimum dose of fun. If you haven't been playing with your minions and lose them, you will have a week to reclaim them and try again.

"If you want to bypass this irritant, just let me know that you'll be away and I will be a kind lord and give you a free pass. Aren't I so nice?

"I guess you've had enough of me talking your ear off. It wasn't so bad, though, was it? Well, on your way, you little scamps! Go cause the chaos that I so love to watch!"
