CATWOMAN
Real Name: Selina Kyle
Age: 34
Gender: Female
Rank: Anti-Hero
Affiliations: Batman and Co., Gotham Rogues Gallery
Canon/OC: Canon
Face Claim: N/A
Other Characters: None
Personality:
Smart, beautiful, and proud. Talk about a terrible trifecta. Selina is a woman that is insanely proud of herself and her skills. If anyone bests her at anything, guess who’s on the revenge list? That’s right, she doesn’t let much go and will stop at almost nothing to prove that she’s the epitome of theives at least. She is also quite stubborn, never apologizing and refuses to see herself as in the wrong. If she eventually does see that she’s the one that isn’t right, it will take a lot out of her to say so.
She is a loner by nature, keeping people at a distance so she won’t get hurt. Even so, she still feels some attachment and her emotions can get the better of her even when she tries to hide it. Most of these emotions, though, are selfish ones. She looks out for her own butt and trusts very few considering her past. She will fight for herself first, and others second. But those she holds dear do get the kind of protection she will use to keep herself safe, which means quite a bit when it comes from this woman.
Powers: Though not a true power, Selina seems to have a natural affinity for felines of all kinds. She is able to get them to accept her quickly and they will even come to her aid if needed. An especially helpful thing with the big cats.

History:
As a girl, Selina had a hard life. Both her parents died when she was young and she refused to go to an orphanage. She, instead, took her chances on the streets in the East End. She became the best burglar that the Gotham Police rarely caught. She learned to protect herself by studying martial arts and eventually started to take after Batman after seeing him in action one night from her bedroom window.
She fashioned herself a costume and began stealing, yet fighting other criminals at the same time. Throughout her career, she has helped Batman innumerable times and has even saved the lives of all the Justice League heroes. And to further her association with the ‘good side’, she has grudges against the likes of Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, who have shot and hypnotized her and left her for dead.
At one point, Selina disappeared, using her alias Irena Dubronva, when she became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter. Eventually, a villain named Film Freak figures out that Selina has a daughter and kidnaps her. Of course, Catwoman rises again and saves the girl, then goes to Zatanna for help in preserving her secret identity. And thanks to her criminal past, she has used her former misdemeanors to her advantage and was able to save Gotham from a terror attack.

Last time, I swear this is the last time, Selina told herself, making it a near chant. She pressed her hands against the glass casing of some lovely, freshly delivered Cat’s Eye jewels. They were beautiful as they winked at her from behind the protective barrier. But they would soon be glittering in her hand. She smirked to herself and used a claw to start cutting through the glass. Haven’t they learned yet? There was nothing that could keep her out and away from such gems.
The loud screech of the cut glass drew no attention; she has made sure to come when the guards were away on their break and they would be less likely to be watching any screens or hallway patrolling. She carefully pushed the glass into its own casing and reached for the jewels. Sweet victory … or so she thought.
The heat sensor around the case decided then to trigger. And it had all been going so well. Why did this thing have to be so delayed? Catwoman snatched her prize and sprinted to the ceiling high windows. The gems were put in one pocket as her free hand grabbed the hilt of her whip, snapping it free of her waist so she could wrap it around one of the rafters. The nimble woman swung upwards to the opening she had created to get in and landed easily on the thin sill of the window.
Crawling out of the hole in the window, her retractable claws came out to play and dug into the bricks so she could climb up. And as she did so, a shadow fell over her. Hello, Batbrain, She muttered under her breath, easily recognizing the silhouette. She continued her trek upwards, knowing that he would move quickly and meet her on the roof. And from there, the same old song and dance as they had done a millions times over before.
